Andrew is a Managing Director of Enacon Group, with decades of experience in the electrical distribution industry. He is a qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanic, Distribution Linesman and Cable Jointer. Andrew holds a Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety, and has completed advanced leadership studies at Macquarie Graduate School of Business.

Since founding Enacon in 2013, Andrew has grown the company into a leading provider of overhead and underground electrical construction and design services across multiple sectors. Under his leadership, Enacon achieved ASP Level 1, 2 and 3 accreditation and established Essential Powerline Design (EPD), reinforcing its position as a regional industry leader.

Andrew is recognised for his commitment to safety, operational performance and strategic growth, leading high-performing teams and delivering quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Peter is a Managing Director at Enacon Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry. He combines extensive operational expertise with strong leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Throughout his career, Peter has developed a deep understanding of overhead and underground electrical construction, project management, and stakeholder engagement. He is committed to fostering a positive work culture, mentoring staff, and driving operational excellence across all areas of the business.

Peter’s hands-on approach, strategic insight, and focus on safety and performance make him a driving force behind Enacon’s continued growth and reputation as a trusted provider of electrical services across regional New South Wales.

Simon joined Enacon in early 2024 as our Electrical Works Supervisor. A qualified Distribution Linesman with more than 15 years of industry experience, he brings extensive technical knowledge and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Simon works closely with clients and supply authorities every day, managing the organisation, programming, and planning of Enacon’s electrical projects to ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.

Mark is a qualified distribution Linesman with over 5 years of industry experience. He brings strong technical skills and a commitment to safe, reliable work, supporting Enacon’s projects with efficiency and attention to detail.

Matt is an experienced Plant Operator with 20 years in the industry. His extensive practical knowledge and skilled operation of a wide range of equipment play a key role in ensuring Enacon’s projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Zoe brings over 25 years of experience to Enacon, specialising in project coordination, graphic design, office management, and electrical design support. Her extensive expertise ensures smooth project delivery, efficient team support, and high-quality outcomes across all aspects of Enacon’s operations.

Graham is a highly experienced, qualified Linesman with more than 40 years in the industry. His extensive knowledge, hands-on expertise, and long-standing commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship make him an invaluable member of the Enacon team.

Luke is a qualified Electrician and Distribution Linesman who brings versatile expertise to the Enacon team. His combined skill set allows him to work confidently across a wide range of electrical and linework tasks, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.

Tom is a newly qualified Distribution Linesman, having successfully completed his four-year apprenticeship in 2025 with dedication and strong technical growth. He brings fresh skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to safe, high-quality work as he begins his career with the Enacon team.

Rhys is a committed 4th Year Apprentice Electrician who continues to build strong technical skills and practical experience as he advances through his training. His dedication, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn make him a valuable member of the Enacon  team.

Zeljko is a dedicated 4th Year Apprentice Distribution Linesman who is developing strong technical skills and on-the-job experience as he progresses through his apprenticeship. His enthusiasm, reliability, and growing expertise make him a valued part of the Enacon team.

Mel is an experienced Office Administrator with more than 25 years in the profession. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and comprehensive administrative knowledge ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Enacon’s office and support the team across all projects.
