Enacon Group is an accredited Level 3 Authorised Service Provider (ASP3) in NSW, authorised to undertake the design of electricity supply networks owned and operated by Essential Energy and Endeavour Energy.
As one of a limited number of ASPs with integrated Level 1 & Level 2 electrical construction teams, we are uniquely positioned to manage projects of any scale — from small LV networks to complex, HV supply authority systems. OVERHEAD POWERLINE DESIGNS
Our overhead powerline design services support a wide range of network and development projects, including residential and commercial subdivisions, transmission works, and the relocation of electrical assets. We undertake overhead powerline profiling and pole force calculations to ensure compliance, along with the preparation of materials schedules and stringing tables. Our team also designs high-voltage feeders and HVC connections, low-voltage upgrades, and street lighting solutions, including multi-function poles. Where required, we manage the relocation of overhead assets such as poles, conductors, substations, and associated infrastructure.
UNDERGROUND POWERLINE DESIGNS
Our underground powerline design services cover low- and high-voltage network infrastructure for residential, commercial, and supply authority projects. This includes the design of kiosk, padmount, and indoor or chamber substations, as well as undergrounding works involving the relocation of existing overhead powerlines. We carry out cable route selection, voltage drop calculations, easement identification, and equipment placement to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant outcomes. Our designs also address low-voltage upgrades, new distributors and pillar installations, high-voltage feeder connections, and detailed materials schedules.

This accreditation ensures the designer is authorised to work on electricity networks owned and operated by supply authorities such as Essential Energy and Endeavour Energy.
Why can’t a Level 1 or Level 2 design be used instead?
Level 1 and Level 2 designs are suitable for simpler or lower-risk installations. Level 3 designs are required where engineering judgement, detailed calculations, and authority approval are necessary to manage higher risks, network impacts, or complex technical requirements.
